Northwest Passage

The Northwest portion of the farm is bounded on the South by Rock Creek and the East by Jumping Run. The trail is accessed at their fork and goes around the Northwest portion of the farm. It adjoins the Austins on the East and the Browns on the North. It circles around and back down to Rock Creek at the Austin Crossing. There, it joins the Upstream Rock Loop. It can also be accessed about halfway up the Upstream Rock Loop at the Tractor Bridge Crossing and up the Homestead trail. The Tractor Bridge Crossing is named for a small log bridge over a spring's run-off to get to the creek crossing and up through the middle of the NW Territory. It's long gone. There was a homeplace there in the 1940's. Learn more on the Wonder page.
